We are pleased to share the latest update to our Surveys feature: Conditional Questions. You can now create surveys that adapt based on your customers' previous responses.
Conditional Questions allow you to design surveys that adapt based on your customers' responses.
For example, when a customer responds that they are unhappy with a product, the survey will ask "how can we improve our service?". By contrast, if the customer were to respond to say they liked the product, the system will ask further questions about what specifically they liked, and whether they would use the service if it were 50% more expensive for example
